There's no way to mark the passage of time after lights out, but it isn't long before the lightbulb in your bedroom flickers back to life, and your door unlocks. Make your way into the park; the door will unlock for you, and the path you need to take lights up with a dim red glow.

When you reach the foot of the treehouse, a ladder has been dropped for you. Climb up and come inside. The interior of the treehouse has been made comfortable for you. There's an old map of the park on the wall, as well as the mounted and stuffed heads of cartoon animal costumes on the wall. The decor seems like something of a parody of an upscale hunting lodge, and you're welcome to sit by the fire and enjoy snacks from back home, or relax in one of the outdoor hammocks.

Enjoy yourself as you decide who to kill. After all, you're in on a little secret - none of this is real, and it's all part of a fun little game from which everyone, winners and losers alike, will wake up.

Um... [She hands the one she made for Royce to him.] They're apology cards. And they have badges inside for everyone! Ciel and I made the badges together. We can leave them here at night so no one is suspicious, and wear them during our meetings I thought!

Ciel did? Really? [and here he was thinking ciel was like grumpy 24/7] These aren't...bad. I must say. Very...sparkly, though?

Yeah...I feel really bad that I couldn't get that key. I tried really hard but...I still managed to fail.

[And now Edea's gone on top of it. Which is good, but also sad.]

He did! He went with me yesterday to get the supplies and he sat with me to help make them. And they're covered in glitter, because glitter's the best! If I could find stuff to make them light up, I would have done that instead, but there's not a lot of stuff like that here.

As I said...what is done, is, ah, done. We shall try our best to proceed forward, even without the key.

[He squints at it.] Thank you. I...suppose. [He can appreciate a sincere gesture when he sees one.]

[She is very proud, smiling brightly at that.]

I'll try to convince her again later on I think but...I can't make any promises.

[A nod.] Well, just...try your best. That is all we can hope for.

[ at which point ciel will just hide his face behind those papers edea left behind as if he is scrutinizing them ]
